At Poseidon Bike, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your new bike or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select your preferred resolution.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble the bicycle and pack it back into its original factory box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Inspection

  Deliver the package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, our mechanics will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
