Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide detailed video guides to help you through the process.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns to ensure the bike is protected during transit.
Do Poseidon bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames and forks are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers for one year.
Can I upgrade or customize my bike components?
Absolutely. Our bikes are designed with industry-standard specifications, making it easy to upgrade your drivetrain, brakes, or wheelsets as you grow in the sport.
What size bike should I order?
